Payment
I accept PayPal only.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with

Shipping
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "KP FineArt" during checkout.
Items are shipped in a cardboard gift box wrapped in packing paper and placed in a sturdy shipping box. All KP FineArt packaging, including labels, packing paper, gift boxes, and shipping boxes are made from reused or recycled materials.
FREE gift wrapping is available on all ornaments.
KP FineArt ships worldwide from the Memphis using USPS post. I do ship with tracking as standard.
- Shipping within the Memphis normally takes 2-3 working days.
- Packages shipped to a different state in the USA normally take 5-8 working days.
- Shipping to Europe normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive, however, some have been delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within
5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
